or anhilators as i call 'em.....i used one of those about 2yrs ago, not only do the taste more vile than a ciggie, but ur still doin the hand-mouth thing, which is what ur tryin to avoid really!! and yep, u will be double dosing!!!( ark at me, the old pro!!).i'm finding the patch thing ok, never tried them b4, but i'll probably get bored of them and stick 'em on my eyelids instead( as suggested by a work mate!!)..i found that quite funny !!! i've gotta laugh, or i'll freak out, big time!!! lol xx
